Educational visits and field-trips are arranged for different classes during the year in order to give children first-hand experience.
It is hoped that all children will participate in these visits and class activities as they are an important part of the wider curriculum. Parents may be asked to make a voluntary contribution, when the occasion arises, towards the cost of any educational visits that may be arranged for their child’s class during the year. A copy of the Governors’ Charging Policy is to be found further on in this prospectus.
We offer the children in Y6 the opportunity of a residential trip each year. This is usually at Yenworthy Lodge, one of Oxfordshire County Council’s outdoor centres.
