Initially 10-12 hours per week (can be evenings/weekends)

We are looking for a flexible, friendly and reliable person to take on the role of Handy Person to help maintain our school site and to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.

 

The successful applicant should be able to work in partnership with our whole staff team to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Grade 5 (Teaching Assistant)

Mornings only – 8:40-12:00, 16 hours 40mins

Grade 2 (Lunchtime Supervisor)

 12-1, 5 hours per week

From January 2022

(Temporary until July 2022 although may well continue into the following academic year)

 

Required from January 2022 an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated staff team as part of our Key Stage 1 Team. There is an hour per day lunchtime supervisor role within this position too. We are looking for a teaching assistant to carry out a range of duties and applicants should be able to deliver learning activities with an individual child, group of children as well as work with children in a classroom setting to support and challenge them. You will work with dedicated teachers to meet the learning needs of our wonderful children in KS1. Our teaching teams plan and work collaboratively and value teaching assistants wanting to make valued contributions to the planning, teaching and outcomes for all children. With a varied range of work, you will support individuals and groups in Phonics, English and maths lessons and within the wider curriculum. All our TA’s support the social and emotional aspects of learning for our pupils and actively contribute to the wider life of our school. They receive regular professional development and contribute to a wide range of school development projects. The successful applicant will spend some of the week supporting a pupil 1:1 working to encourage them to work within the classroom environment successfully. They will also have high expectations of achievement and behaviour across the phase and will be able to inspire children in a caring, positive and creative learning environment.

Front of House Administrator

Required January 2022

35 hours a week, Monday-Friday

(7 hours each day 8:15-3:45)

Term Time Only

 

Fixed term in the first instance until 31st August 2022 with a possibility of becoming permanent.

 

Grade 4, full time salary £19,312/annum (actual salary £15,016/annum)

 

We are looking for a flexible, friendly and reliable person to take on the role of Front of House Administrator from January 2022. We are having a small restructure and this is a new role within the team.

As the first point of contact for all visitors to school you will provide a warm, friendly welcome and ensure that all visitors are signed in and clear about where they need to go. You will also provide admin and office support to our existing team liaising with both finance and other office staff.

You will need initiative and to be able to organize and prioritise your workload. The ability to respond effectively to queries, demonstrating the values of the school in your interactions is key to this role.
